It is known that the foundation of the rule of law is built on the big stones that are placed in the constitution. On the basis of which the main powers are divided such as: Legislative (Parliament), Executive (Government) and Judicial (Courts). In Albania, this basic principle falls apart when we all know that: 1- The main courts such as the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court have not been functioning for almost 2 years, not to mention the reflection they have transmitted to lower levels of the judiciary.

We have over 20 laws approved by this parliament with the proposal of the government which are totally in violation of the Constitution. In these conditions in which our country is located, there is no doubt that there is nothing in common with democracy and the separation of powers. Therefore, this extraordinary situation requires an extraordinary response if we want to protect democracy, protect the Constitutional order, protect freedom of speech, and protect the degradation to autocracy.
